About

Hi, I'm Gauthier.

I'm a product-minded engineer based in Paris, specializing in internal tools, AI-powered workflows and developer-facing systems. I design and ship interfaces that real teams use every day — from a global Retool trading-operations terminal to LLM and agentic copilots embedded directly in business workflows.

Today I lead the Delta team at Flowdesk, building an internal product suite used daily across Paris, Singapore, New York and Toronto. I prototype in code, iterate fast with the people who'll actually use the thing, and care about the details that make a tool feel trustworthy. I work natively with Claude and other AI tools as part of my daily practice — about 75% of our Terminal codebase is built with Claude Code using a spec-driven methodology I designed and open-sourced.

I'm drawn to product surfaces where the conventions haven't been invented yet. Before Flowdesk I built automation and internal tooling at BlaBlaCar and Ouibus, and I've taught OpenStack to fifth-year students at ESGI.
